Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and the texts and emails you may receive from your dental practice through Loupe ("Loupe," "we," "us"). By using the site, or by agreeing to receive messages, you agree to them.
Text messages and emails
What they are. Dental practices use Loupe to send their patients messages about their care and their account: appointment reminders and confirmations, booking and rescheduling, forms to fill in before a visit, insurance and billing updates and payment reminders, recall and treatment follow-up, and replies to messages you send. If you separately agree, your practice may also send occasional news or offers. Messages come from your practice and are sent by Loupe on its behalf.
Agreeing to receive them. You agree to receive texts by giving your mobile number to your practice and agreeing to be texted, for example on a form, in person or by texting the practice first. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of receiving care or buying anything.
Message frequency varies. How many messages you get depends on your appointments and your account.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Email. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, which takes effect promptly. Emails about your own appointments, forms or account may continue; contact your practice to stop those.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never sell or share your phone number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Loupe is in development
Loupe is not yet generally available. This site describes what we're building and how we intend it to work. Features, screens, timing and pricing may change before launch. Screens marked as previews use sample data, not real patients or practices.
Nothing here is an offer
Applying to be a Founding Practice doesn't create a contract or commit you or us to anything, and we choose Founding Practices at our discretion. Any use of Loupe by a practice will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security or investment. Investor conversations happen privately and only under appropriate agreements.
Not clinical or professional advice
Nothing on this site, and nothing in a message sent through Loupe, is dental, medical, legal, billing or financial advice. Clinical decisions always rest with licensed clinicians. In an emergency, call 911 or your dentist; don't rely on a text.
Use of the site
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't try to disrupt it, send false information, or send patient information to us by email.
Our content
The Loupe name, logo, design and the content of this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranty and limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
